Learning & Performance Systems, LLC was formed in 2001 by Nicole J. Lemieux-Rever to improve bottom line results utilizing organizational learning for teams/groups through customized strategies. Organizational learning creates value-added improved measurable team results. Learning & Performance Systems, LLC takes the systemic view that individuals are part of a greater organism and by cultivating individuals you improve team results and performance. These individual and team enhancements result in strengthened organizational adaptability and profitability.
We have integrated various sociological tools to enhance team/group knowledge and skills with a constant focus on pragmatic implementation and client desired results – from the boardroom to front line operations. The performance of any team, organization, or project depends on how well various groups function, not how well individuals perform.
